They have investors that benefit from all of us being put out of business, except for the large companies of course. I have done nothing but lose money since highway started up. I’ve been trucking for 34 years and now i can’t hardly get loads because of highway. They want all of your personal info and they want to track you 24/7. I’m sick of this crap. I tried to contact the secretary of transportation ( Duffy) and all i get is bullshit recordings. I know what highway is doing is against our constitutional rights. They’re forcing us, well, actually black mailing us for our personal info, and the brokers are in on it as well. You either give them your private info are you can’t work. And then if you do give it to them, they claim something is wrong with your business and you still can’t work. Yet the DOT doesn’t find anything wrong with your company. Imagine that. Highway is going full digital, which is not good. They say they can’ be hacked, yet the pentagon has been hacked and many other government agencies, but of course NOT highway, buddy. They are un-hackable, if you don’t believe me, then just ask them. They say no one hacker can get into their system. LOL. I’m wondering just, what if?

Because of that one mistake, brokers I’ve worked with for a long time stopped giving me loads overnight. When I reached out to Highway, they said, “That’s not something we can help with — the broker has to fix it.” Really? It’s their system that caused it, but they take no responsibility.

On top of that, they demand unnecessary access to our ELD data, VIN numbers, driver photos, and licenses — way beyond what the DOT or FMCSA ever require. That means they basically have continuous access to truck locations and driver info, which is a serious privacy risk. One data leak could easily lead to identity theft or hijacked loads.

I’ve had enough. I’m willing to take action and spend money if we move forward with a class-action lawsuit against this company. What Highway is doing isn’t just wrong — it’s hurting small carriers who are trying to make an honest living.

I used it once and after over 26 years all of the sudden was hacked not once but twice within a very short time of using this platform, and after all that then was denied for same broker that forced me to use Highway in the first place. Truckers beware, refuse to use this platform!!!!

Highway.com’s policies and customer service are causing serious harm to drivers and companies.

1. Privacy: They demand full, continuous ELD access at all times—something even government agencies don’t require. This is excessive and invasive.

2. Customer Service: Reaching out for help means going in circles by phone and email, only to be told they can’t help and won’t point you toward a solution.

3. Real-World Impact: These failures lead to lost loads, damaged broker relationships, and honest drivers losing the ability to provide for their families.

Highway.com needs to respect driver privacy, improve problem-solving, and understand the real impact their policies have on the people who keep freight moving.
