They have screwed 4 of 4 shipments up. No shipper support, supervisors put you on hold for 40 minutes and then hang up. Only like to send emails and, are dysfunctional! Good idea but dookie response, zero scheduling, zero ability to fix problems, and bottom-of-the-barrel freight service. Companies are not vetted. Unsafe loading and nothing is done to ensure loads don’t shift, loads are not tied down or secured. All pallets were delivered tipped over, it looks like a hand grande went off in the trailer!

I am a supply chain supplier that is forced to use UBER as some of our customers require it. We advise UBER of pickup appointment times, but they don’t relay the correct info to the drivers, and they end up showing up hours or even days early, as well as not having the correct equipment, or required endorsements. We run by appointment, so we often cannot fit driver’s any earlier than the appointment times that we give to UBER. They will try to charge their customer for detention time or TONU even though they sent the driver the wrong appointment time and pick up info (such endorsements needed, special equipment etc). The customer will often pay the fine or TONU and then try to charge back to the us. A lot of time, these things get automatically paid, so UBER is charging and getting paid extra fees for something that was their error in the first place. They are by far the worst 3PL we deal with. At best they are inexperienced and clueless. At worst, I believe UBER is dishonest and costing drivers money while still getting paid the extra fees that are incurred because of their own errors (which they refuse to ever take blame for).

And the Customer called 3.5 hours letter and they load me with the right product but it’s package wrong It’s late I’m too far away and I have to be next day at wedding. She said she’ll call me back in couple minutes.
She called me and said keep going 🙂 ok, I
Emailed Broker to call and check it out make sure 100% is good because something is wrong with product 🙂
Broker called me. I explained everything he called them. Then Broker said OK all good 🙂 that was on Friday Kyle Dudley said go home to wedding will pay you $2200 to bring the load back to IA Monday morning 🙂 ok
Then we are looking for the truck for Monday to pickup the load If we don’t find different truck, we will gave this load Monday back to you

Now, three weeks later, the accounting said they owe me only $2200 Not $-6,600 🙁
She told me to call the Broker It’s not her problem.:( it’s my problem:(
I called the Broker Nathan. He’s the one give me the first load.
He said he doesn’t know anything. I’m trying to scam them bunch of stuff. I told him the person is supervisor Kyle Dudley he’s the one and he transferred me to him.
Oh yeah, you trying to scam us:(I told him I have all three confirmations your own me $6600 nop only 2,200 :(000 4,400 he said :(I asked him what about $-6,600??
I told him I’m gonna report you guys and sui you guys we they playing God they don’t care anyone they don’t afraid anyone :
Stop supporting business like that 🙁
I still didn’t receive any payments:(40 days:(
