Try merging the new address with old one by replacing the old one. After that, update Quickbooks to match the new one. Then when using the auto import it will not create new ones. For more help send us an email support@truckingoffice.com

This causes issues when exporting to quickbooks, etc. It thinks they are all new because how we have it entered isn’t exactly as the AI is reading it on the pdf.
